Marie-Odile Baudement gave a great presentation on Cigene’s current work in the European AQUA-FAANG project (https://www.aqua-faang.eu/) at the WCGALP conference. Chromatin states annotations for salmon tissues, obtained through ChIP and ATAC-seq experiments, with support of RNA-seq, were presented. Similar data for developmental stages for all the six Finfish species of AQUA-FAANG will be made available through this project.
